 For the 2025-2026 School Year, the Kick-Off Supplement, Christmas Supplement, and End-of-Year Supplement was introduced, budgeted, and approved for all Chilton County board employees. Thank you to the CCBOE Board Members for your approval of these supplements!

 The Finance Department has adopted a commitment to transparency, which involves having open communication about goals and visions through public funds and budgets.

 We are building a stronger relationship with employees by communicating, having a positive workplace, and providing accurate and punctual information/data as requested.

 The Finance Department is working on providing educational resources on understanding Financial policies and procedures for all employees of the district.
